1. Who provides the service

ai-rank is a service of Star Digital LLC, 7209 Lancaster Pike, Hockessin, DE 19707, USA (“we”). By using the site you accept these terms.

2. The service

• ai-rank shows what some artificial intelligence models, queried through programming interfaces with web search, answer when someone asks for a professional or a business like yours. The answers observed are not necessarily those of the consumer apps (for example ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini).
• The Full Check-up is a paid analysis of your business: questions written for you, answers from three models, a score, a comparison with competitors, improvement ideas with their sources and ten actions, in a report reviewed by our experts.

3. No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee that you will be cited, ranked or win clients. Results are a sample of answers at a given moment, not a statistical measure. The suggested actions are guidance, not promises.

4. Your account

You must give correct information and keep your access private. We may suspend or limit access in case of abuse or for security reasons.

5. Fair use

You may not use the service to analyse third-party sites or businesses without the right to do so, or to overload or bypass the systems. We use public information only.

6. Payments and delivery

• The price of the Full Check-up is the one shown at the time of purchase, as a single payment. Payment is handled by Stripe.
• After paying you fill in your business details. We deliver the report within 48 hours of receiving the complete details, after review by our experts.
• Until the report has been delivered to you, you can ask for a refund by writing to info@ai-rank.app. Once you have received the report, no refund is provided.
• By purchasing you ask for the service to start immediately and acknowledge that, once the report is delivered, you lose your right of withdrawal.

7. Liability and governing law

• The service is provided “as is”: we do not guarantee that the results are complete, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.
• To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to the service does not exceed the amount you paid for the report, and we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or loss of clients.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware (United States) and the courts of Delaware have jurisdiction over disputes. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country and your right to go to the courts where you live remain valid.
